With so many on the market, I wasn’t expecting too much from this. I like that there is a counter display, but you need to make sure when you look at it, the display is what you selected. You can switch between count, calories, or seconds and can be switched easily by mistake if you’re fumbling around trying to hold the device in place. I highly recommend keeping the instructions for the first little bit so you remember how to position the machine so it’s not falling out of place while you try to work out. There’s good resistance and the pads are easily adjustable. Using with tighter pants or shorts seems to work better than if you’re trying to work out in loose pj pants or sweat pants. There’s less chance for movement of the device. Overall it’s good if you’re needing a little boost in a workout if you find it difficult to fit in gym time. You can easily do arm and leg squeezes at your desk if you’re working and need a little break. The display screen seems delicate so as long as you don’t push too hard everything should stay in tact. It charges quickly and the only down side is having another cord around the house, but I suppose that’s better in keeping it light weight and not going through batteries. Overall a good, small piece of equipment.

The only thing that might be difficult about this is that you have to put it all together yourself. It never feels as solid as a piece of gym equipment, but of course for the at home use this is just fine and had no operational issues. Easy to charge with a C-USB, but you can do the exercises 100% without having to turn anything on. There’s good resistance for the exercises and I can feel the burn when using with my arms and my legs. There’s some classic thighmaster feel to the leg exercises, but the arm exercises feel good for me personally. There’s a counter, calorie counter, and a timer that each help with the exercises. Good stuff all around.
