Bands that don’t roll up
These are not plastic/rubber bands. That was the first thing that interested me about these bands, the material. These are fabric with rubber like grips on the inside. In my opinion/experience, this is what keeps these bands from rolling up. I’ve used them in several workouts and they pushed me to give more of an effort when exercising. I’m a fan and will incorporate them into more workouts.

The bands are way more comfortable than the rubber ones. I’m not sure how long they will hold up but, for the price, they are great.

Durable and do not ride up!
So far I love these bands! They are extremely durable and do not ride up your legs like the latex resistance bands. I definitely recommend this bands for leg and glute workouts.
