Easy to use
My gf uses this and really likes it. Very easy to use and she can do it at home. I have tried it and it does feel like a good workout accessory. Definitely get if you like to work out at home

This was a decent beginner inner thing work out, however it is slightly uncomfortable and wold be nice to increase the resistance or tension after a few weeks.

Nice...
It’s okay I didn’t like that after taking it out of the bag there was a pin stuck in it to clamp it closed I had to use both a rubber mallet and channel locks to remove the pin pain in the rear. However once unlocked the item works great it’s a nice little little piece of workout equipment very pleased with my purchase.
